Former Vice President of the Fall River Gas Co., Tom who is a textile graduate engineer, has brought a wealth of insights to Giroux & Company industrial operations and has conducted manufacturing plant surveys for appraisal purposes.

Expert leasing specialist, he has also participated in the marketing of dozens of key industrial properties in this market area, with several sales in the Fall River industrial park to his credit. He is particularly knowledgeable in the turn of the century mill building area. He has participated in a series of important local mill sales and leases. Because of his background as a public utility executive he is on a first-name basis with most industrial property owners in the area. Tom is a former Chairman of the Fall River Industrial Commission, a fore runner of the Office of Economic Development.
